In Harlingen (The Netherlands), approximately 180 precast concrete piles were pushed into the soil by the Pile Pusher Pro on behalf of “Heijmans Woningbouw Noord”. The foundation piles vary in sizes from 290×290 mm to 320×320 mm with lengths between 14.25 and 22.00 m.
Foundations in city center without nuisance
This concerns phase 2 of the “Dukdalf” project in Harlingen, where Heijmans and De Bouwvereniging, in collaboration with the Municipality of Harlingen, have developed and built 70 social rental apartments, 16 owner-occupied apartments and 13 land-bound owner-occupied homes. Phase 1 of this inner-city project was completed in 2019.
